So yes, he's 81 and married. But man, his writing is divine. His thoughts on community, the environment, the land are in line with my own. You can read more here.
I just recently finished Hannah Coulter
, one of the Port William novels, and I enjoyed every bit of it. I can't wait to read more about Port Williams and its in habitants as told through the voice of another member of the community.
I'm a newcomer to Mr. Berry and his writing, but I feel an obsession coming on. This burgeoning love was fueled by news of this Kickstarter campaign I saw on Facebook. Oh yeah, I'm a backer. I cannot wait to watch this film.
