1) my loving husband. Marriage is hard, but we stick with it and with each other.
2) my beautiful children. They have taught me more about myself than anyone. Goose is a tiny (and very loud) mirror of my behaviors, good and bad. The recent timeout reenactments with her Little People are particularly disturbing.
3) the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm (finally) finishing my graduate degree next spring! Yes, I'm taking the maximum time allowed-- six years. So what. It's been a long six years. 1 new house, 2 new cars, 2 new babies, 2 bowel resections for J-bird, 1 pavlik harness for Goose... and so much more that isn't easily defined or neatly packaged.
