Thankful Thursdays

Today, I am thankful for Robitussin, antibiotics, my humidifier, and soft tissues. I've been sick with an awful cold/upper respiratory deal since last Thursday. I've finally gotten my voice back and now I'm finally feeling better, with the exception of constant coughing and minimal sleep.

I am thankful for my mom who came up to help with Goose while J-bird took care of me and did some work for his 9-to-5.

I am thankful that I am not chronically ill, that this is only a short-term illness.

I am thankful that, though Goose is now also sick, she does not seem to be as sick as I was. Hopefully it doesn't get worse. Having a sick baby/toddler is really miserable for everyone.
